With Solidarity Center’s support, the country’s unions are building their capacity to represent and mobilize their members, educating their members about their rights as workers and how to become effective worker rights advocates, and conducting legislative research to advance worker rights such as freedom of association and the right to safe and healthy workplaces.

In partnership with unions and community allies, the Solidarity Center is implementing gender equality training programs that empower working women to access quality jobs, and to counter gender-based violence and harassment in the world of work.
